We will then arrange the pickup from your address or give you a return code which you can use along with a return address information that you will need to put on the return box. Customers must make sure you pack the items in their original packing, unopened, unused and fully intact. Items that have been used cannot be returned. After we have successfully received the return and confirmed the goods have been sent back in their original state we will refund the amount you paid for the item & shipping.
