Payment Refund Policy
Order cancellation will be accepted only when the dispatch of goods has not been made and the order has not reached or in route to the customer. All cancellations must be emailed at [email protected].
Samples cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
If our customers are not satisfied with the product quality due to any reason, the product can be exchanged, and refunded under the following conditions:
- Items that are returned must be in their original packaging. Opened, Used or tested, or damaged packaging are not accepted.
- Shipping charges for return must be bear by the customer.
- Return and refund on goods is only allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return and refund requests must be made on [email protected]
- If the customer has received faulty products, then it must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Complaint for damaged articles received during delivery must also be made during [email protected].
- Upon receiving the product at our end, we will verify and examine the product and then provide the customer with a quick replacement.
- All concerns regarding product return must be efficiently reported to the customer service department.
Once the return and refund is validated and authorized from Trend, our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label. Our approved couriers will only be used to accept returns as these are the only courier companies that guarantee the safe return of our products.
Withdrawal of Amount
- If the products and its packaging are intact as a whole.
- The documentation including courier slips are intact.
- If the product checks off all the refund options, then amount will be returned within 14 days.
